Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive / BDE to generate new business opportunities in the Banking, BFSI, Government, and Corporate sectors. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our Core Banking Software, Cyber Security Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Networking Products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Banks, NBFCs, Cooperative Banks, and Corporate Clients.
- Promote Core Banking Software, Digital Banking (UPI, IMPS, BBPS, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking), AML/MFA, CKYC/EKYC solutions.
- Sell Cyber Security Solutions (SIEM/SOAR, DLP, Endpoint Security, Network Security, Threat Protection, SOC Services).
- Promote Cloud & Data Center Solutions (SaaS, PaaS, DR & Backup, Hosting, Co-location).
- Handle RFPs, tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution designing and implementation.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports.
Required Skills
✓ Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure & Banking Technology.
✓ Experience in B2B IT Sales (Banking/Fintech preferred).
✓ Knowledge of Cyber Security & Cloud Solutions.
✓ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✓ Ability to close high-value enterprise deals.
✓ Understanding of RBI compliance and BFSI ecosystem (preferred).
Qualification
✅ Bachelor’s degree in IT / Business / Marketing / Engineering.
✅ 2–5 years of experience in IT Sales / BFSI Technology Sales.
