About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Site Implementation Specialist responsible for installation, configuration, and deployment of IT infrastructure, Core Banking systems, Cyber Security solutions, and Networking equipment at client locations (Banks, NBFCs, Corporates, Govt. offices).

The candidate will ensure smooth project execution, testing, and handover with proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure IT infrastructure at client sites, including Servers, Storage, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, CCTV, Load Balancers, and Networking devices.
  • Deploy Core Banking & Digital Banking solutions and allied systems.
  • Implement Cyber Security solutions like Endpoint Security, Network Security, SIEM, SOC integration, MFA, and DLP systems.
  • Configure Cloud & Data Center setups (SaaS, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Hosting, On-Prem setup).
  • Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and client IT teams for successful implementation.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Provide user training and system handover documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with banking and security standards.
  • Support AMC services and post-implementation maintenance.

 

Required Skills

✓ Strong knowledge of Networking & Hardware installation.

✓ Experience with Servers, Storage, Firewalls, CCTV, IP Security Devices.

✓ Understanding of Core Banking / Fintech systems (preferred).

✓ Basic knowledge of Cyber Security tools.

✓ Familiarity with Cloud & Data Center environments.

✓ Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

✓ Good communication and client-handling skills.

✓ Willingness to travel to client locations.

Qualification

✅ Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field.

✅ Certifications like CCNA, MCSE, Cyber Security, or Cloud Certification preferred
